Shipping Policy
We pack and dispatch every order ourselves from Mooloolaba, Queensland. Here's how delivery works.
Where we ship
EVVRÀ ships Australia-wide. International shipping is coming — we'll let you know when it's available.
Free shipping over $75
Orders over $75 AUD ship free, anywhere in Australia. Under that threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and parcel weight.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery via Australia Post standard service:
- Major cities (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth): 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 4–8 business days
- Remote areas (NT, WA outback, far north QLD, Tasmania): 7–14 business days
Express Post is available at checkout if you need it sooner.
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can track your parcel anytime through Australia Post.
PO boxes & parcel lockers
We're happy to ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers via Australia Post.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, email us at hello@evvra.com.au within 7 days of expected delivery. We'll work with you — and with Australia Post — to sort it out.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. We can only ship to the address you provide at checkout, and we're unable to redirect parcels once they've left us.
Public holidays & peak periods
Dispatch pauses on weekends and public holidays. Delivery times can also stretch during peak periods (Christmas, Easter, end of financial year sales), so please allow extra time.
