Welcome to EVVRÀ. These terms set out the agreement between you and us when you use our site or buy our products. They're written to be clear and fair — but they're still a contract, so please read them carefully.
By using evvra.com.au or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
These terms apply to EVVRÀ [PTY LTD / business entity TBC] (ABN [TBC]) and the website at evvra.com.au. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to EVVRÀ. "You" and "your" refer to the person using our site.
Using our site
To buy from us, you need to be at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent or guardian) and legally able to enter into a contract. By using our site, you confirm you meet these requirements.
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without permission
- Interfere with other users' experience of the site
Orders & acceptance
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation email and dispatch your order. Until then, we can decline or cancel your order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there's been a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout, including Shopify Payments [and Afterpay / PayPal / Zip — TBC]. Payments are processed by our payment providers, not by us directly.
We try to keep pricing accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you to confirm whether you'd like to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Shipping & delivery

Your consumer rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, doesn't match its description, or isn't of acceptable quality, you're entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major failure
- Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
- A repair or replacement if the failure isn't major
These rights are in addition to anything in these terms or our other policies.
About our products
EVVRÀ products are intended for personal care use. They aren't medicines or therapeutic goods, and they're not a substitute for medical advice.
If you have specific health concerns — including those related to hormonal changes, perimenopause, skin conditions, or allergies — please consult a healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use if any product causes irritation or an adverse reaction.
We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible, but slight variations in colour, packaging, or finish may occur.
Intellectual property
Everything on our site — the EVVRÀ name and logo, product names, designs, photography, illustrations, text, and the site itself — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use any of it without our written permission.
You're welcome to share our content on social media (we love being tagged) — just please credit EVVRÀ.
User accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure. You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access. We're not responsible for losses caused by someone using your account if you've shared or failed to protect your credentials.
Reviews and user content
If you submit a review, comment, photo, or other content to our site or social media (when tagging us), you keep ownership of it. But you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and share that content for marketing, product, and editorial purposes, with credit where possible.
You promise that any content you submit:
- Is your own, or you have permission to share it
- Is honest and accurate
- Doesn't contain anything unlawful, offensive, or that infringes someone else's rights
We may remove any content that doesn't meet these standards.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.
Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you consent to that handling.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be at evvra.com.au/policies/terms-of-service. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know via email or a notice on the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes that can't be resolved between us will be handled in the courts of Queensland.
